About this program
A tax assistance program that cancels or reduces municipal property tax increases resulting from brownfield remediation and development. Eligible properties developed for employment-generating uses may receive assistance for up to 2–3 years to offset remediation costs, with potential for extended support (up to 7 years) if combined with development grants.
