About this program
The Indigenous Entrepreneur Startup Program (IESP) provides self-identifying Indigenous entrepreneurs aged 18–39 with a flexible, equity-free startup loan of up to $75,000 (structured as a Futurpreneur loan of up to $25,000 and a BDC loan of up to $50,000), up to two years of 1:1 mentorship from an experienced business leader, and access to workshops, tools, and networking opportunities. The program is designed and operated by an Indigenous team and serves entrepreneurs who are launching or have been operating a business for less than two years.
